
BTS can be experienced on screen through their new world tour. According to HYBE Music Group label Big Hit Music, the 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'' performances held in Goyang on April 11 and Tokyo on April 18 will be available via Live Viewing. Live Viewing is a broadcast service where numerous audiences gather in one place to watch concerts or sports games together.
BTS will embark on a large-scale world tour with a total of 82 shows in 34 cities, starting at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium on April 9. The concerts in Goyang, which open the tour, and Tokyo, the starting point of the global schedule, are receiving enthusiastic attention from music fans. Through Live Viewing, the whole world can enjoy the start of the tour together.
This Live Viewing will take place in more than 3,500 theaters across 75 countries and regions worldwide. Due to time differences, some regions will have delayed broadcasts, and the number of countries, regions, and theaters is expected to increase further. Domestically, it will be screened at the three major multiplex chains: CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Megabox. Ticket reservations will begin at 10 a.m. on the 25th.
BTS quickly sold out 41 shows on their North American and European tour, including Goyang. They will hold solo concerts as the first Korean artists at venues such as Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Stanford Stadium, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels, Belgium, and Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany. At Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, they recorded the highest seat occupancy rate for a single performance.
BTS will release their fifth full-length album 'ARIRANG' on March 20 at 1 p.m. It is expected to resonate with music fans worldwide as it captures the essence of the 'current BTS.' From the album release date until April 12, 'BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL' will be held. This program is an experiential content combining music and media, featuring installation performances harmonizing with the cityscape throughout Seoul.
