The play "Secret Passage," starring actor Kim Seon-ho, will open on February 13 at Daehakro NOL Theater Woori Investment & Securities Hall (Medium Theater). "Secret Passage" is based on the Japanese playwright Tomohiro Maekawa's "Meeting Room of Flaws." The play depicts the process of two men who have lost their memories exploring the meaning of connection, death, and repetitive life through their intertwined memories in an unfamiliar space.
This performance draws attention with director Min Saerom's participation. Director Min has shown a unique sensibility in works such as "Jellyfish" and "Repairing the Living." The production company Contents Hap enhances the completeness of the work with original storytelling that breaks away from conventional frameworks.
The casting lineup of the play "Secret Passage" is also noteworthy. Yang Kyung-won, Kim Seon-ho, and Kim Sung-kyu appear as Dong-jae, each delivering deep internal performances with different charms. Lee Si-hyung, Oh Kyung-joo, and Kang Seung-ho join as Seo-jin, creating a tense acting chemistry with Dong-jae. The changing relationship between these two characters forms the core of the narrative, conveying various emotions with humor and multi-role performances within a story that crosses life and death.
The production company stated, "This work will offer quiet comfort and the preciousness of connections to modern people who are tired of relationships and have lost their composure." The play "Secret Passage" will be performed at Daehakro NOL Theater until May 3, and tickets can be purchased through NOL Ticket and Ticketlink.
