Singer Park Ji-hoo will officially release the new song "Blurred Face" on February 15th at 6 PM through online music platforms, seven months after the debut track "Dyeing," which was released last July. Park Ji-hoo composed and wrote the lyrics for this song personally.
"Blurred Face" is a trot ballad infused with rock sounds, evoking memories of brilliant times long forgotten for the listeners. Throughout the song, although it seems like everything is fine, there is a moment that inwardly heads back to those days. The image of a blurred face reflected in the mirror and wrinkled hands expresses the traces of time and the loneliness of life, naturally recalling the longing for the once shining days.
Especially, the chorus lyrics, "Brilliant years, I want to see you, the longing that I couldn't easily bring up leaves a resonance as if singing instead of fading," emphasize the theme of the song even more. "Blurred Face" was pre-released on the 6th through KBS1's "Morning Yard," capturing viewers' attention with Park Ji-hoo's heartfelt voice.
Park Ji-hoo built a solid fan base last year through consistent broadcast appearances and event participation. He is scheduled to hold a talk & mini-concert titled "Boy (少年): Blindingly Dark" at Gavin Art Hall in Seoul on February 28th. In this concert, he will share his stories that he couldn't fully tell on broadcasts in the form of a mini-concert.
Park Ji-hoo's new song and concert are expected to be important opportunities for him to communicate with the public. Expectations for his musical growth and activities are rising.
