【The Fact | Reporter Choi Soo-jung】HADES has secured first place for four consecutive weeks on the New Star ranking of the weekly idol ranking site FANNSTAR.
In the FANNSTAR New Star vote for the second week of February, held from the 9th to the 16th, HADES claimed first place with 446,935 votes. CORTIS followed in second place with 93,666 votes, while UNIS ranked third with 78,400 votes.
The New Star ranking selects promising rookie idols who debuted in 2023 or later. On FANNSTAR, artists who top the New Star ranking for five consecutive weeks (with cumulative votes exceeding 2.5 million) are rewarded with media wall advertising at Yongsan Station I’Park Mall in Seoul. A 10-week streak (with cumulative votes exceeding 5 million) is celebrated through advertising on the Hongdae M Screen in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
In addition, special benefits are provided to all artists who reach certain cumulative vote milestones regardless of rank. Upon reaching 10 million votes, artists receive exposure on the digital billboard at the Yujin Building in Yeouido, Seoul; at 30 million votes, on the Mirae Plaza billboard near Hongdae Station; and at 70 million votes, on the horizontal LED billboard in Wangsimni, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
Along with HADES’s first-place achievement, fans who participated in the voting sent congratulatory messages through FANNSTAR’s official messaging service. A fan with the nickname “Hadestown” said, “HADES, let’s go for five weeks in a row!”
Meanwhile, FANNSTAR is a weekly idol ranking site operated by The Fact, offering idol voting and large-scale digital billboard support.
