According to the big data analysis results of the 2026 February Rising Singer Brand Reputation announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, WOODZ took first place, followed by Kim Yong Bin in second place and Stray Kids in third.
This analysis was conducted based on consumer behavior from January 20 to February 20. The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute collected a total of 44,192,941 pieces of big data on rising singer brands and analyzed them by segmenting into participation index, media index, communication index, and community index. Based on these results, the top 30 rankings for the 2026 February Rising Singer Brand Reputation were compiled.
The brand reputation index is a metric derived by analyzing the impact of consumers' online activities on brand consumption. In this analysis, WOODZ achieved first place by creating a reverse hit myth with "Drowning." Kim Yong Bin has built a strong fandom with emotional trot music, and Stray Kids continues its record-breaking streak on global charts.
WOODZ's "Drowning," released in 2023, gained significant attention through a live video performed during his military service. The song became highly popular on social media approximately one year and six months after its release.
Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, "The WOODZ brand took first place by creating a reverse hit myth with 'Drowning.'" He added, "The second-place Kim Yong Bin brand has built a strong fandom with emotional trot, and the third-place Stray Kids brand continues its record-breaking streak on global charts."
