Broadcaster Park Na-rae underwent her first police investigation as a suspect on the 20th at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul. Park Na-rae appeared at the police station around 3 p.m. and began an investigation into charges including special injury and violation of the Medical Service Act, which lasted approximately 7 hours and 40 minutes. Although Park Na-rae had previously experienced being questioned as a complainant, this was her first time appearing as a suspect.

After the investigation, Park Na-rae said in front of reporters, "I believe all suspicions will be clarified later. I participated sincerely in today's investigation and will correct any parts that are not true." She then bowed her head and added, "I apologize once again for causing concern due to uncomfortable matters." When asked about the allegations of power abuse against her former managers, she replied, "I think it will be revealed through the investigation. I am cautious about speaking separately." When asked if she had anything to say to her former managers, she said, "No," and left after saying, "I am sorry."

Park Na-rae was scheduled to appear at the police on the 12th but postponed the schedule due to health reasons. The police are investigating a total of seven cases related to Park Na-rae. The former managers filed complaints against Park Na-rae for special injury, defamation, and violation of the Information and Communications Network Act, while Park Na-rae countersued the former managers for attempted extortion and embezzlement in the course of work.

Park Na-rae is accused by her former managers of verbal abuse, physical assault, forced drinking, and sexual harassment. They claimed that Park Na-rae subjected them to verbal abuse and physical assault multiple times during their employment and submitted a complaint. They also alleged that Park Na-rae did not reimburse personal expenses. Additionally, the former managers stated that the charges include Park Na-rae falsely registering her ex-boyfriend as a company employee and paying him a salary.

Park Na-rae has also been reported on suspicion of receiving intravenous injections from an unlicensed medical practitioner and being prescribed psychotropic drugs. The police plan to investigate the violation of the Medical Service Act as well. After postponing the investigation due to health deterioration and on-site safety issues, Park Na-rae appeared at the police station as a suspect on this day.

After the investigation, Park Na-rae stood before reporters with a stern expression and stated, "I participated sincerely in the investigation and answered truthfully." Regarding the allegations of power abuse against her former managers, she said, "It will be revealed through the investigation," and concerning the suspicion of throwing a drinking glass, she said, "I participated sincerely in today's investigation and will correct any parts that are not true."

Former managers A and B filed for provisional seizure of real estate against Park Na-rae on December 3rd last year and warned of a claim for damages. They claimed that Park Na-rae verbally abused and physically assaulted them multiple times and submitted a complaint to the police. They also alleged various illegal acts such as workplace harassment, proxy prescriptions, and delayed payment of personal expenses.

Park Na-rae continues the legal battle with her former managers, and police investigations are ongoing in this regard. She is being investigated for allegations of power abuse and illegal medical practices involving her former managers, and depending on the investigation results, additional legal procedures may follow.
