Comedian Hong Yunhwa successfully completed her first marathon in life. On February 21, Hong Yunhwa posted on her social media, "Successfully completed my first marathon!!! Me with a marathon medal. I thought I'd just get in before they closed the doors, but I finished faster than any run I've done so far," along with several photos.

The photos showed Hong Yunhwa participating in the '2026 Youth Relay Marathon' held at Seoul Sangam World Cup Park with her husband Kim Minki. Hong Yunhwa completed the 5km course in 47 minutes and 44 seconds and was awarded a commemorative medal.
