Singer Choi Yena is making a comeback by releasing her fifth mini-album, "LOVE CATCHER," after eight months.
On the 23rd at midnight, Choi Yena officially confirmed her comeback by releasing a coming soon image on her official SNS. The revealed image featured a building engulfed in flames and a tree disappearing into ashes, creating an intense atmosphere. Elements such as a skateboard and a shovel seemingly floating in the air added explosive tension and dramatic scenes.
At noon on the same day, she unveiled the new album title "LOVE CATCHER" along with a promotion scheduler, officially starting the comeback countdown. Using bomb timers and speech bubble graphics to announce the promotion schedule, Choi Yena plans to sequentially release concept photos starting on the 24th, followed by the tracklist, highlight medley, music video teaser, and more.
Choi Yena has shown a solid presence as a solo artist with her unique musical colors in songs like "SMILEY (Feat. BIBI)," "SMARTPHONE," and "NEMONEMO." She has been consistently loved by fans both domestically and internationally for her bright and energetic charm and her kitschy yet trendy music style.
Last July, she released her fourth mini-album "Blooming Wings," strengthening the identity of Yena Core that began with "NEMONEMO." Recently, she solidified her presence as a Gen Z artist by collaborating with global virtual singer Hatsune Miku on "STAR! (feat. Hatsune Miku)" and continued her global activities by releasing the Japanese single "NEMONEMO -Japanese Ver.-."
This fifth mini-album "LOVE CATCHER" is expected to contain a more expanded musical spectrum and new charms.
