Former BTS director also participating... HYBE Global Audition premieres on the 24th

Hive-GEPPEN Records' second global audition program, "WORLD SCOUT: THE FINAL PIECE," will premiere on February 24 at 8 PM on the Japanese OTT platform ABEMA. This audition focuses on the process of finding the final member. Participants face the dilemma of whether to support each other or concentrate on protecting themselves. This coexistence of solidarity and competition differentiates it from existing audition programs.

Sakura and Kazuha from LE SSERAFIM, Moka and Iroha from Aileat, and producer Rino Sashihara, formerly of AKB48, explained the key points to watch in the broadcast. They participated as studio panelists, observing the growth of the contestants. Sakura and Iroha stated, "'WORLD SCOUT: THE FINAL PIECE' is unique and special in that it seeks the 'final piece' of a team that already has three members decided." They added, "It was impressive to see participants who grew closer through various missions facing each other as competitors and struggling as the final evaluation approached."

Rino Sashihara said, "The journey of the participants chasing their dreams was so intense and serious that the word 'extreme' fits. There were many heartbreaking moments that made me question whether this project would actually be carried out. But because of that harshness, I came to love all the participants even more."

"WORLD SCOUT: THE FINAL PIECE" is a project to complete a new four-member girl group under Hive-GEPPEN Records, aiming to debut in the second half of this year. Approximately 14,000 applicants participated in this project. The final members will join Emily Kellavos, Lexi Levin, and Samara Sikeira from the audition "THE DEBUT: DREAM ACADEMY," which produced KATSEYE.

The judging panel is led by Son Sungdeuk, former performance director of BTS and HxG's chief creator. Producer Slow Rabbit, who has worked with many Hive artists including BTS, Tomorrow X Together (TXT), Enhypen, LE SSERAFIM, Aileat, and KATSEYE, is responsible for the music segment. Additionally, HxG CEO Mitra Darab, senior creative producer Injeong Hyun, and choreographer Nosuke join the panel.

Kazuha said, "The judges' evaluation criteria were so high that even I was nervous and tense watching the participants' stages." She added, "I realized once again that to achieve good results on the global stage, it is important not only to enjoy the stage but also to have the power to captivate the audience's hearts."

Moka said, "I don't usually watch audition programs, but watching the participants deeply moved me and gave me a lot of courage and strength." He added, "The ability to make the audience happy transcends borders. You can see such talented people in 'WORLD SCOUT: THE FINAL PIECE.'"

This audition program is expected to provide viewers with a new experience through the participants' personal growth and competitive process. The format and content of the program offer interesting viewing and create opportunities for emotional connection through the diverse stories of the participants. "WORLD SCOUT: THE FINAL PIECE" is expected to set a new standard for global audition programs.
