The group ATEEZ shared a bittersweet story of their failed attempt to join the 'Dubai Chocolate' craze, which is hard to find even locally.
In an episode of "Seulgi's Studio" on the YouTube channel 'Hi Seulgi' released on the 20th, ATEEZ members Seonghwa, Wooyoung, and Jongho appeared as guests and candidly shared behind-the-scenes stories from their Abu Dhabi performance.
On this day, when asked what they did during their break after the performance, the members said in unison, "We tried everything to get our hands on Dubai Chocolate". Wooyoung recalled the urgent (?) situation, saying, "I thought they would have it at the store, but that wasn't the case. All eight members gathered in the hotel and searched every shop using a delivery app, but our orders were canceled one after another".
In particular, Jongho expressed his disappointment, saying, "It was so popular even there that we ultimately failed." Seonghwa added that they were finally able to taste it recently thanks to member San, who "flexed" by buying 11 chocolates to share with the group. When Seulgi remarked, "Sharing chocolate is love," the members joked, "It's not quite love; let's just call it friendship," causing an outburst of laughter.
Fans who saw the video responded with comments like, "It must be really hot if you can't even get it in Dubai," "Imagining all eight of them gathered to order chocolate is so cute," and "The fact that San ended up getting it for them is the killing point".
Meanwhile, ATEEZ is preparing for a comeback on February 6th with their 13th mini-album, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4, and plans to target the global music market once again with the title track "Adrenaline".
