"My wife is having an affair"... 'Honor' Choi Young-jun staggers amid a series of shocks

Choi Young-jun is playing a central role in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama "Honor: Their Court." Choi Young-jun takes on the role of a detective who anticipates and arrests a fellow detective's betrayal, leading to a dramatic development. This drama airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM.

In the drama, Seon-gyu, played by Choi Young-jun, discovers that his wife Hyun-jin has been unfaithful with her ex-boyfriend. Despite Hyun-jin being currently pregnant, Seon-gyu has been diagnosed with a sperm count of less than 1%, making natural conception nearly impossible. In this situation, Seon-gyu learns the full story of an incident from 20 years ago and collaborates with L&J to track down the secret prostitution app "ConnectIn."

Seon-gyu heads to L&J after hearing from Hyun-jin that evidence related to the "ConnectIn" app has been prepared. During this process, he accompanies fellow detective Seung-jin, heightening the tension in the story. Seung-jin is actually an accomplice aiding "ConnectIn," a fact Seon-gyu is unaware of. However, everything unfolds according to Seon-gyu's meticulous plan.

When Seung-jin threatens Seon-gyu with a gun, Seon-gyu provocatively places the barrel against himself and delivers the line, "If you can't shoot, you'll die by my hand. Shoot!" This line creates an intense atmosphere. Ultimately, Seon-gyu disarms Seung-jin, who fails to pull the trigger, and without hesitation, Seon-gyu pulls the trigger himself—but the gun is unloaded. This is because Seon-gyu had removed the bullets in advance.

Seon-gyu shows the cold, calculating side of a detective as he handcuffs the colleague he trusted most. Choi Young-jun portrays a complex character who balances tenderness toward his wife with sharp detective instincts, vividly depicting the suspicion and conflict he experiences while uncovering his wife's hidden past. He expresses the emotional turmoil caused by a colleague's betrayal with restrained acting, further enhancing the character's depth.

Choi Young-jun's performance captures the complex emotions of shock, anger, and betrayal, while his firm decisiveness in controlling the situation increases the drama's immersion. "Honor: Their Court" airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM, leaving a strong impression on viewers.
