On the 25th, on the tvN variety show 'You Quiz on the Block,' Heo Ga-yoon, formerly of the group 4Minute, shared stories about her late older brother. During the broadcast, Yoo Jae-suk mentioned that it had been over 10 years since he first met Heo Ga-yoon and shared news that she has been living in Bali recently. In response, Heo Ga-yoon said, "I have been living in Bali for three years. I never thought about leaving. But as difficult things piled up, my body started to get sick. I went there to live comfortably, and my mind felt very at ease."

Regarding her life in Bali, Heo Ga-yoon said, "I spend less than 10,000 won a day. Tourist spots are expensive, but local restaurants can be managed with 3,000 won per meal," adding that local friends think of her as someone who does marketing. Reflecting on her trainee days, she said, "I worked really hard. I endured things I didn't have to in order to achieve my dream," revealing that she was a victim of school violence. She explained, "I was bullied, but because I thought I had to achieve my dream, I chose to endure the beatings. I didn't want rumors to spread, so I asked them, 'Please don't hit my face.'"

Heo Ga-yoon opened up about the pain of losing her brother at the age of 31. She said, "My brother suddenly collapsed, and I found out his heart was not well. He was scheduled for surgery, but three days before the operation, I received a call that he had passed away." At that time, her brother was 33 years old, and Heo Ga-yoon recalled, "It had been less than a month since he became independent. It was something I could never have imagined. Because I was busy as an idol trainee, I didn't have much time to make memories with my brother."

She shared that her brother's last appearance is vivid in her memory, saying, "His complexion was so different that it hit me hard. I realized that he was really gone," expressing her sadness. She added, "Our parents were also very distressed. They said, 'If you weren't here, we would want to follow him too.'" She continued, "I hope my brother is at peace there, living freely and doing whatever he wants."

Heo Ga-yoon also spoke about the loneliness she felt after her brother's death during the broadcast. She said, "Before, I hated the question 'What are you doing these days?' but now I dislike when people ask, 'What happened to your siblings?' I wasn't an only child, but now I am, so I deeply feel the loneliness I couldn't feel when I was young."
