Sunye will appear on KBS 2TV's "New Product Launch Pyeonstorang." In the episode airing on February 27, Sunye, formerly of Wonder Girls, will appear as a new chef. During the recent studio recording, the audience welcomed Sunye with warm applause. Special MC Kim Yong Bin confessed, "Back then, I also danced to 'Tell Me.' I liked it that much," capturing viewers' attention.
Chef Lee Yeon-bok asked Sunye about her cooking skills, and she replied, "If I hadn't sung, I might have run a restaurant." Sunye currently raises three daughters and prepares all three meals herself. This statement surprised all the cast members in the studio. Sunye added with a smile, "My eldest is already in middle school. I'm a middle school mom."
The VCR revealed Sunye's cooking skills as a 14-year homemaker for the first time. She cooked with quick hands and accurately seasoned by eye. She also attracted attention by revealing that she makes and uses her own basic seasonings. Sunye explained that she makes soy sauce, chili oil, and various seasoning powders from natural ingredients.
While making side dishes for her daughters, Sunye shared cooking tips. The cast of "Pyeonstorang" admired, "This isn't the Sunye from 'Tell Me.' She's come back as a 14-year homemaker." Sunye recalled, "I got married at 24 and went to live in Canada. I brought cooking books with me, tried everything myself, and went through many trials and errors to create my own recipes."
This episode will reveal Sunye's cooking skills and daily life as she returns from the nation's fairy of Wonder Girls to the home meal fairy, along with Kim Yong Bin's shy confession of fandom. The broadcast will air on Friday, February 27, at 8:30 PM.
