Hwang Young Woong Kangjin solo stage, 10,000 spectators gathered... Full-scale safety measures in place

Singer Hwang Young Woong's solo stage at the Gangjin Celadon Festival is scheduled for February 28th at 4:30 PM. Ahead of this performance, the security team, agency, and Gangjin County Office have established a close cooperation system. The expected number of attendees has been raised from the initial 8,000 to over 10,000. Accordingly, the organizers and related agencies held an emergency safety measures meeting to review response plans.

On the day of the performance, the 'Security Level 1' system will be activated, and security and safety personnel will be significantly increased. Traffic and parking management will also be strengthened, prioritizing safety above all. Hwang Young Woong emphasized a mature fandom culture, saying, "Since this performance is a festival for the residents of Gangjin, the residents are the main characters." He mentioned, "What matters more than physical distance is the distance of the heart," expressing his intention to honor the spirit of the local festival and prioritize seats for the residents.

A large LED screen will be installed at the venue to vividly convey the excitement of the performance even to those not near the stage. Fans agreed to give up front seats to the residents and watch the performance orderly from a separate area. They expressed their commitment to practicing a viewing culture that prioritizes safety and consideration. With a large-scale visit expected centered around the official fandom 'Paradise,' local businesses are also showing signs of vitality.

According to officials, it is estimated that about 4 billion won worth of local consumption will occur, including lodging, food and beverage, transportation, and tourism spending. Most nearby accommodations and restaurants are already fully booked, and about 170 tour buses wrapped with Hwang Young Woong's image are preparing to operate.

Hwang Young Woong donated more than 300 million won cumulatively through Community Chest of Korea and the Korean Red Cross in January and March of last year. He was also listed in the Korean Red Cross high-donor group, the 'Red Cross Honors Club.' Fans added meaning by voluntarily participating in a donation relay.

After the Gangjin Festival, Hwang Young Woong has received over 12 event appearance offers, expanding his range of activities. Appearances on terrestrial music broadcasts are also reportedly being coordinated. This stage is expected to be an important turning point in his future career.
