It has been confirmed that actress Jun Ji-hyun purchased two buildings in the Atelier-gil area of Seongdong-gu, Seoul. In September of last year, Jun Ji-hyun acquired one building with a basement level 1 to 5 floors above ground in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 18.6 billion KRW, and another building with 1 to 3 floors above ground for 26 billion KRW. Additionally, she purchased one plot of land measuring 50m2 located between the two buildings for 2.2 billion KRW. The total purchase price amounts to 46.8 billion KRW.

Jun Ji-hyun completed the final payment and ownership transfer registration on February 23. The mortgage set on the purchased buildings has a maximum claim amount of 33.6 billion KRW, which, considering it is usually set at about 120% of the loan, estimates the principal loan amount to be approximately 28 billion KRW. These buildings are located at the upper part of Seongsu Atelier-gil and are considered an area with potential for rent increases compared to the nearby Yeonmujang-gil.

Jun Ji-hyun owns multiple real estate assets in the Seoul area. In 2023, she purchased a duplex penthouse at Acro Seoul Forest in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 13 billion KRW in full cash payment, and in 2022, she acquired a commercial building in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, for 50.5 billion KRW. She also owns commercial properties in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Jun Ji-hyun has experience realizing capital gains through various real estate investments in the past. In 2021, she sold a building in Nonhyeon-dong, earning a profit of 14 billion KRW, and in 2014, she sold her residence in Samsung-dong, which she had purchased for 7.5 billion KRW, for 13 billion KRW. With this recent investment, the total number of commercial properties owned by Jun Ji-hyun has increased to five, and the value of these properties is analyzed to be close to 150 billion KRW.

Jun Ji-hyun's real estate investment activities are attracting attention, and her asset growth is also a major point of interest in the entertainment industry. Her investment success in the real estate market further enhances her financial stability. Jun Ji-hyun is expected to continue actively investing in real estate in the future.
