In the episode aired on the 28th of last month, the Park Seo-jin siblings were shown entering a fasting center together, and MC Lee Yo-won's daily life was revealed for the first time. The broadcast recorded a nationwide Nielsen Korea viewership rating of 5.2%, with the highest rating of 6.3% during scenes where Park Seo-jin's younger sister Hyo-jung attempted to escape from the fasting center and Jo Hye-ryeon's diet coaching.

At the beginning of the broadcast, Lee Yo-won said to special guest STAYC Yoon, "I heard you are a senior on 'Salimnam' compared to Park Seo-jin," and Yoon replied, "In a past episode with senior Hyun Jin-young, I revealed the STAYC practice room housekeeping," adding, "I hope to appear on 'Salimnyeo' someday."

In the VCR, Park Seo-jin arrived at the fasting center with her younger sister Hyo-jung. Lee Yo-won revealed her home and daily life for the first time in her 29-year career. Before the broadcast, actors Lee Min-jung and Lee Byung-hun made a surprise appearance, drawing attention. Lee Yo-won introduced her youngest fifth-grade son, who resembles Park Bo-gum, and her second daughter, who resembles her. The youngest son was a youth basketball team player preparing for a tournament the next day, and Lee Yo-won packed his luggage for a one-night, two-day trip herself.
