Singer Hwang Young Woong successfully completed the stage performance at the Gangjin Celadon Festival held in Gangjin, Jeollanam-do on February 28. This event attracted fans and tourists from all over the country, with the number of visitors estimated to exceed 10,000. With 180 to 200 tour buses and various vehicles gathering, parking lots 1 and 2 were fully occupied early in the day.

Due to the large influx of people, nearby accommodations, restaurants, cafes, and other major commercial areas reached full capacity from the day before, and sales noticeably increased throughout the festival period. This was evaluated as having brought tangible vitality to the local economy.

A mature viewing culture was also evident on site. Hwang Young Woong conveyed the wish to prioritize the local residents since it was a regional festival, and fans voluntarily gave up their front seats in response. A large LED screen was operated to allow smooth viewing of the performance from the back, and the event concluded without a single accident while maintaining safe distances.

Hwang Young Woong heated up the atmosphere by passionately singing songs such as "Ugly Love," "Oppa is Back," and "Hot Goodbye." During the performance, he respectfully bowed deeply to the audience of about 10,000 people and said, "I have been waiting for the day to stand on stage again for the past three years," and expressed his gratitude by saying, "I sincerely thank the fans who waited and the people of Gangjin County."

The decision by Gangjin County to invite Hwang Young Woong has also drawn attention. Governor Gang Jinwon said, "The comeback stage of Hwang Young Woong drew nationwide attention to the festival, and the influx of many visitors had a positive impact on both the local commercial district and the festival atmosphere."

Using this comeback stage as an opportunity, Hwang Young Woong also embarked on social contribution activities. Hwang Young Woong stated, "I will cherish the overwhelming love in my heart for life and become a singer who fulfills social responsibility through donations and sharing in the future."

After this performance, Hwang Young Woong received requests for more than 20 events. After careful consideration, he decided to participate in only 3 to 4 events and plans to focus on preparing a new album and concert plans for 2026.
