The group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) will make a comeback with their first album after re-signing on April 13. Tomorrow X Together (TXT) (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) announced the release of their 8th mini-album, "7TH YEAR: When the Wind Stops for a Moment in the Thornbush," at midnight on the 2nd through the global superfans platform Weverse. This album is their first group album since all members renewed their contracts with their agency Big Hit Music last August.

The album title "7TH YEAR" encapsulates the team's past journey. The lyrical and lengthy subtitle, "When the Wind Stops for a Moment in the Thornbush," recalls Tomorrow X Together (TXT)'s early music. They previously attracted attention with distinctive titles such as their debut song "CROWN" and the title track "Run Away" from their first full album "The Dream Chapter: MAGIC." This album title evokes their debut era and draws fans' interest.

Along with the release announcement, the official trailer and photos were also revealed. The black-and-white video features several people confronting anxiety and pain. The fluorescent thornbush contrasting sharply with the monochrome screen and the silhouette covered entirely in thorns leave viewers curious about the new album's message. The five members recite the lyrics of "Thornbush" by poet and folk singer Choenjang in calm voices, enhancing immersion. The photos also use thornbushes as objects and maintain the same sophisticated black-and-white tone as the video.

The trailer for the new album was first unveiled at the special 7th anniversary debut concert "2026 TXT MOA CON" held on March 1. The concert took place over three days from February 27 at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, drawing about 33,000 attendees. The members presented a setlist covering the narrative of the past seven years along with live band performances. They also showcased unique charms by swapping each other's solo songs and added fun to the show with various cover stages.

At the end of the concert, the members shared heartfelt thoughts: "The team is so precious to us. We want to keep going together and protect it. We hope you will stay by our side for a long time so that we can do that."

Tomorrow X Together (TXT)'s 8th mini-album "7TH YEAR: When the Wind Stops for a Moment in the Thornbush" will be released at 6 p.m. on April 13. Pre-orders will begin at 11 a.m. on the 3rd.
