KBS 2TV variety show '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4' revealed the travel stories of the five members in Incheon. The episode aired on the 1st recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 7.2% according to Nielsen Korea, maintaining first place in its time slot. Especially, when news spread that one member's mother would appear in the dinner penalty game, the peak minute rating soared to 10.2%.

The broadcast began at Wolmido Theme Park. The members started a group mission to decide the number of people who would sleep outdoors in front of Incheon's sea. If they succeeded in all missions, everyone could sleep indoors, but if they failed, all had to sleep outdoors. The members strengthened their unity and headed to the first mission location.

The first mission, 'Extreme Wolmi Tour,' consisted of three courses. In the first course, 'Disco Pang Pang Self-Cam Shooting,' held on the amusement ride Disco Pang Pang, Kim Jong-min, Moon Se-yoon, and Yoo Seon-ho challenged as a trio, while Lee Jun and DinDin challenged as a duo simultaneously. Lee Jun and DinDin failed their first attempt as they left the camera angle with 15 seconds remaining.

The second course, 'Slingshot Peripheral Vision,' was a mission to answer questions while riding a 65-meter-high slingshot ride. Despite the members' screams of fear, Lee Jun and DinDin answered correctly, leading the team to succeed in the second course. In the final course, they attempted to break the highest score on the punching machine but all failed, ending the 'Extreme Wolmi Tour' mission in failure. As a result, two members had to sleep outdoors.

At the next mission location, Bupyeong High School, a one-on-one ssireum (Korean wrestling) match was held with the ssireum club students. The members could succeed by winning just one out of five matches, but they were completely defeated by the ssireum club students' great strength. In particular, Moon Se-yoon returned to the sandpit after about 20 years but was quickly defeated by student Lee Junho, nicknamed 'Little Moon Se-yoon.'

After the matches, the members moved to a restaurant with 25 ssireum club students. Sitting at different tables, they played the lunch penalty game 'Meat Scholarship Quiz,' competing to answer correctly for meat refills. Due to the ssireum students' hearty appetites, DinDin and Yoo Seon-ho complained of muscle pain in their shoulders and arms from grilling meat.

After lunch, the members challenged the final mission, 'Tang Tang Huru Huru Tower Building,' at Hanagae Beach. Demonstrating teamwork by supporting each other's bodies, the members succeeded in the mission, avoiding the worst outcome of everyone sleeping outdoors.

Back at the base camp, the production team informed the members that one member's mother would join the dinner penalty game. Kim Jong-min said to DinDin, "Your mom can't cook," to which DinDin replied, "My mom is famous for her cooking." Then, DinDin's mother, Kim Pan-rye, made a surprise appearance in front of the members.
