Kim Na-young reinterprets Kim Jang-hoon's classic with the 'Number One' OST... Released on the 6th

Singer Kim Na-young is releasing a remake song. The collaboration track "Even If the World Deceives You," featuring Kim Na-young's vocals from the movie Number One, will be released on various online music platforms at 6 p.m. on March 6.

"Even If the World Deceives You" is a song originally released by singer Kim Jang-hoon in 1998, carrying an unwavering message of comfort. Kim Na-young reinterpreted the song, expressing its emotions with clear breath and pronunciation. The simple nylon guitar accompaniment enhances the song's emotional depth. Especially, Kim Na-young's tone harmonizes with the lyrics, "Now I can say everything, that I loved you more than anyone, even if the world deceives you, remember that I am by your side," delivering deep empathy.

Kim Na-young has been actively pursuing her music career with various songs such as "You More Than the Scent of Spring," "To Be Honest," "Last Promise," and "Only You Know My Heart." She has also participated in several OSTs including "I Still Live That Day," "Today," "Diary," and "Good Person."

The movie Number One begins as the protagonist Ha-min notices a number decreasing each time he eats his mother's food. When he realizes that the number reaching zero means his mother Eun-sil will die, Ha-min strives to protect her. The film stars actors Choi Woo-shik, Jang Hye-jin, and Gong Seung-yeon.

Kim Na-young's "Even If the World Deceives You" will be an opportunity to reaffirm her musical capabilities. With her unique interpretation and emotional delivery, this song is expected to leave a lasting impression on many listeners.
