The first fate master to proceed was Seolhwa. He began reading the fortune for a client who had lost his wife first. The client, Kim Jae-hee, is the fourth vocalist of the group Boohwal, and he revealed that his wife passed away in 2022 while battling a rare cancer called sarcoma. This fact added to the sorrow conveyed through the broadcast.

Seolhwa said, "I'm sorry, but your wife hasn't gone (to the afterlife) yet," and the wife's spirit entered the body, crying out, "It's unfair. I didn't want to die like this."
