Comedian Bae Young-man shared the news of his son Bae Kang-min's romantic relationship. Bae Young-man appeared on the March 6th broadcast of KBS 1TV's "Morning Yard - Ssang Ssang Party" and talked about his relationship with his son. He mentioned, "My relationship with my son has improved," and revealed, "My son ran away from home for three years. We have been in contact for about a month or two."

Bae Young-man also addressed the issue of nagging with his son. He said, "I nag so much that my son won't have dinner with me. I find myself nagging without realizing it." He added, "Since he became an actor, I nagged him about 'how he should behave.' The entertainment industry is tough. I speak out of concern as a father, but my son doesn't want to hear it."

Bae Young-man shared that his son returned after three years and started dating. He explained, "My son has been with a Japanese woman for eight months. She speaks Korean well. When he first brought her home, she was so pretty. Even prettier than an actress. But she's Japanese. And her profession is a pharmacist." Regarding his son's relationship, Bae Young-man said, "My son really went through a lot," and joked, "Now, don't go down any other path, hold on tight to that woman, and get married. My wish is to see grandchildren."

In response, Bae Kang-min admitted, "I recently started dating." He said, "My father likes my relationship more than I do. He keeps urging me to get married and begs my girlfriend to marry me." Bae Kang-min requested, "I'll handle the marriage business myself, so just focus on winning today."
