Jimin Kim "I can count on one hand the days I skipped breakfast"... Reveals healthy eating habits


Comedian Kim Ji-min emphasized the importance of a healthy breakfast and revealed her eating habits.

Recently, Kim Ji-min shared on her SNS that she consistently eats breakfast without fail. She said, "I can count the days I skipped breakfast on one hand because I always make sure to eat it!" and added, "Taste used to be my top priority, but as I get older, nutrition has become number one."

She then introduced the nutritional components and benefits of the side dishes she enjoys. Regarding water dropwort, she said it is rich in potassium, calcium, minerals, and dietary fiber, which help with gut health and are effective in sodium excretion. She added that jangjorim (soy-braised beef) is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and iron, but she manages the sodium content by adjusting the seasoning.

Kim Ji-min also explained that she enjoys bean sprout radish soup, which helps with fatigue recovery, satiety, asparagine content, immune enhancement, digestion, and hydration. She mentioned that stir-fried fish cakes provide a balanced intake of protein, satiety, vitamins, and minerals, making it suitable for a healthy breakfast. However, she noted that she carefully controls the seasoning to monitor sodium intake.

Maintaining healthy eating habits and strict self-care, Kim Ji-min once again showed attention to nutritional balance, earning support from her fans. Meanwhile, she is currently enjoying her newlywed life alongside her recent broadcasting activities.
