Members of the group BTS shared a delightful behind-the-scenes story about why their songs are so high-pitched that they are difficult to sing at karaoke.
In the "BTS Reply To Fans Online" video released on GQ’s official YouTube channel on the 6th, BTS personally answered and communicated with various questions left online by fans worldwide. On this day, the topic that especially resonated with fans was the "spicy" difficulty of BTS's songs.
In the video, the members mentioned that BTS songs, in general, have a very high vocal range. SUGA admitted, "There are many songs that give you a hard time at karaoke. Especially songs like 'Dynamite' are really high," acknowledging that even for the artists themselves, BTS songs are a challenging task to perform.
Jimin then jokingly complained, "Actually, our songs are so high that it's stressful," to which the members playfully shouted, "It's because of you!", drawing laughter.
Global fans who saw the video showed enthusiastic responses, saying, "I 100% sympathize with the members' shouting," "I wasn't the only one losing my voice singing BTS songs," and "It's so heartwarming to see the members bickering like that."
Meanwhile, in the video, BTS showed off their unchanging friendship by sharing their excitement for "Chapter 2," which began ahead of their comeback, and anecdotes of missing each other's small habits while they were apart.
