In the finale, the TOP 9 finalists competed in the mission titled 'Songs of Active Singers' for the last battle to become the 3rd King of Singers. The finalists included Hong Ji-yoon, Cha Ji-yeon, Goo Soo-kyung, Solji, Kim Tae-yeon, Kang Hye-yeon, Lee Soo-yeon, Hong Ja, and Geum Jan-di. Each delivered an emotional performance of their life songs in front of their beloved families.

Geum Jan-di chose "Daejeon Blues," saying, "This was the first song of my life." Ultimately, Hong Ji-yoon was selected as the 3rd 'King of Singers' with a total score of 3,727 points, receiving 196,188 votes in the real-time text voting. Cha Ji-yeon and Lee Soo-yeon placed second and third, respectively, followed by Goo Soo-kyung, Kang Hye-yeon, Kim Tae-yeon, and Solji.
