HYBE announced the first artist lineup for the '2026 Weverse Con Festival (Weverse Con Festival, hereinafter WeConFe)' on the 11th. The lineup includes a total of 10 teams: ILLIT, AHOF, &TEAM(&TEAM), WENDY, LEECHANGSUB, CORTIS, QWER, TOUCHED, P1Harmony, and PLAVE. They encompass various genres and generations, solidifying their position as global K-pop artists.
CORTIS entered the 15th position on the US Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' with their debut album 'COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES,' released last September. They have shown rapid growth, recording cumulative sales of 2 million copies within six months of release. CORTIS plans to release a new title track in April and a second mini-album in May. They also plan to showcase their unique music on the WeConFe stage.
Virtual artist PLAVE will appear on the WeConFe stage again following 2024. PLAVE achieved a career high by selling 1.09 million copies in the first week of releasing their second single album 'PLBBUU.' They successfully completed their first Asia tour, covering six cities including Seoul, Taipei, and Tokyo, continuing their upward momentum. PLAVE has confirmed a comeback in April and will meet audiences with even newer performances.
Rock band TOUCHED proved their skills by winning the band survival program
QWER has established themselves as a 'favorite girl group' with refreshing sounds and vibrant energy. Recently, QWER held their first world tour covering 16 cities in North America and Asia since their debut, showcasing a more developed stage as a global performance band.
&TEAM debuted in Japan and has built a solid fandom there. They have appeared on the WeConFe stage for four consecutive years and achieved million-seller status in both Korea and Japan last year. They plan to expand their global activities with a comeback in April and an Asia tour starting in May.
P1Harmony, after completing their third world tour in 25 cities worldwide, has been included in the WeConFe lineup for the second consecutive year. Growing as a 'performance-oriented artist,' P1Harmony will release their ninth mini-album on the 12th and begin full-scale activities. They will also deliver a high-quality performance at WeConFe.
ILLIT made their festival debut at WeConFe upon their debut in 2024. They continue a special relationship with WeConFe by appearing for three consecutive years. Opening their first tour covering seven domestic and international cities on the 14th and 15th, ILLIT will present a more relaxed and refined stage.
A multinational boy group formed through last year's survival program
Solo artist WENDY solidified her status as the 'vocal queen' after successfully completing her first solo world tour. Recently, WENDY continued her activities by releasing the global single 'EMOTIONS' in collaboration with a US singer-songwriter. She will also present a deep and engaging stage at this year's WeConFe.
BTOB's LEECHANGSUB will appear on the WeConFe stage again following last year. Having successfully completed solo concerts in seven domestic cities recently, LEECHANGSUB will connect with the audience through his emotional vocals and stable live performances.
HYBE stated, "This first WeConFe lineup consists of artists leading new trends in popular music through unique attempts and overwhelming achievements in different genres," adding, "The upcoming artist lineups will also reflect WeConFe's identity as a 'field of popular music,' showcasing various artists spanning generations and genres."
WeConFe will be held from June 6 to 7 at the KSPO DOME and 88 Lawn Square in Olympic Park, Seoul. The second lineup will be announced later this month, and the final lineup will be revealed next month.
