Yang Jeong-seung, 14th transformation of 'Stars in the Night Sky'... Yoorim and Sojung participate

Singer and producer Yang Jung-seung released the 14th installment of the "Stars in the Night Sky" series on the 11th at 6 PM through various online music platforms.

In this 14th series, singer Yoorim participated as a featured artist, adding new charm to the song. Additionally, a child version featuring 9-year-old rookie singer Sojeong, born in 2018, is included, delicately expressing pure emotions.

"Stars in the Night Sky" was the title track of Yang Jung-seung's second full-length album "Generation," released on February 4, 2010, with vocals by KCM and Nonoo. Since then, the series has continued to present new versions with numbering, establishing itself as a branded content.

Notably, about 10 years after the original release, in November 2020, the song "Stars in the Night Sky (2020)" sung by singer Kyungseo was released and gained great popularity. This version reinterpreted the original trio song as a solo version and newly created the track by sampling the original chorus melody. It topped online music charts and terrestrial music broadcasts. It remains a representative ballad remembered by many listeners across generations.

The 14th series also presents a new interpretation based on the original sentiment. The fact that Yoorim and Sojeong express the same song with different charms is noteworthy.

Yang Jung-seung has been active as a composer representing 1990s ballad music. As an artist encompassing lyric writing, composition, arrangement, performance, and vocals, he continues the "Stars in the Night Sky" series based on his philosophy of creating a complete work. He plans to consistently release new versions of the music in the future.
