The group &TEAM fascinated global fans by revealing their deep immersion into local Taiwanese cuisine during their visit.

In a recently released behind-the-scenes episode of the '2026 Super Star Hong Bao Award', &TEAM members visited the hometown of member NICHOLAS, Taiwan, where they enjoyed a "healing time" trying local dishes alongside their performance preparations.

Surprisingly, the menu item the members praised the most was 'Malatang.' Unlike the typical spicy and stimulating image of Malatang, they shared that the version they tasted in Taiwan featured a mild and smooth flavor, much like a hot pot (Nabe).

The members showed they were completely charmed by the Taiwanese-style Malatang, saying, "We expected Malatang to be red and spicy, but it wasn't at all. It was soft and warm like a hot pot, and truly delicious."

The members' "Mukbang" (eating show) didn't stop in the backstage waiting room. Upon tasting Taiwan's famous salt bread, members were surprised, saying it was "Level 10 salty," yet they couldn't stop reaching for more of the addictive snack.

Furthermore, they brought laughter by expressing their sincere passion for Taiwanese food, recalling the 'Jipai' (large fried chicken), a national snack of Taiwan that NICHOLAS had bought for them during a previous visit, saying, "I really want to eat the Jipai we had back then."

Recharged with local food, the members delivered a legendary performance that day. They proved their determination on stage, stating, "It is a great honor to perform in NICHOLAS's hometown, and since we ate such good food, we will pour out enough energy for more than nine people."
