Lotte Cinema announced on the 17th that it will exclusively broadcast live the Super Junior 20th Anniversary Encore Concert, held at 6 p.m. on April 4 at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Seoul, across 14 locations nationwide. This performance is the final stage of Super Junior's world tour, which began last August.
For audiences unable to attend in person, Lotte Cinema will broadcast the concert live not only in regular theaters but also in Superplex theaters with large screens and Gwangum Cinema, which features specialized sound systems. A Lotte Cinema representative said, "We plan to recreate the 360-degree stage on large screens with three-dimensional sound to provide an immersive experience as if you were at the actual venue."
The encore concert will take place from April 3 to 5 at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Seoul, featuring large-scale production utilizing the entire venue in 360 degrees. All shows have sold out, making this concert an important event commemorating Super Junior's 20th anniversary. Since last August, Super Junior has been successfully conducting a world tour across 17 regions, extending from Asia to South America.
Lotte Cinema will broadcast the April 4 performance live to ease the disappointment of fans who cannot attend. The live broadcast will be available not only in regular theaters but also in Superplex and Gwangum Cinema. The large screen in Superplex captures the 360-degree stage production, offering viewers a closer view than the front row at the concert. The specialized sound system in Gwangum Cinema delivers a more immersive live performance experience.
Additionally, Lotte Cinema will offer exclusive benefits available only at theaters for live viewing audiences. The live broadcast will be held at 14 Lotte Cinema locations nationwide, and tickets can be reserved starting at 3 p.m. on March 18 through the Lotte Cinema website and application.
A Lotte Cinema representative stated, "We plan to deliver Super Junior's historic 20th-anniversary concert more vividly through the theater's overwhelming infrastructure." They added, "We hope everyone enjoys this special moment where the artist and fans connect in the theater."
