Virtual idol group PLAVE is making a comeback with their fourth mini-album, "Caligo Pt.2." PLAVE officially confirmed their comeback by releasing a coming soon poster and a prologue video on their official SNS channels on March 19.
PLAVE's new mini-album "Caligo Pt.2" will have its digital tracks released on April 13, with the physical album following on April 14. The released poster captivates attention with its intense red background and heavy album logo design. The addition of rough-textured graphics creates a tense atmosphere.
The prologue video contains the narrative following the music video of the title track "Dash" from their third mini-album. The video begins from member Yejun's perspective, showing Yejun collapsed and covered in wounds, while "MmeMimu" looks on with a distressed expression. The perspective then shifts to a ruined city and Hamin confronting Caligo. Yejun disappears amid glitch effects and then opens his eyes again in a mysterious space. He grabs a glowing ore, shoots light into the sky, a signal connects to a computer, and a door opens. The video ends with the appearance of the new mini-album logo as a powerful beam of light strikes down.
Last November, PLAVE proved their strong music power by releasing their second single album "PLBBUU." Following that, on the 21st and 22nd of the same month, their debut first Asia tour, "DASH: Quantum Leap Encore (2025 PLAVE Asia Tour DASH: Quantum Leap Encore)," held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, sold out all seats for both days, concluding successfully.
PLAVE's new mini-album "Caligo Pt.2" will be digitally released on various music platforms on April 13, with the physical album released on April 14. PLAVE plans to showcase new musical experiments through this album.
