The title track "SWIM" is an alternative pop song that sings about the attitude of moving forward without stopping amidst the waves of life. The music video was shot between a large ship and an elaborate set, beginning with a giant ship sailing on the endless sea. In the video, a woman is going through a difficult time, and BTS appears as her supporters by her side. The seven members silently support her by protecting and watching over her in their own ways. Eventually, the woman breaks free from a necklace that felt like a shackle and smiles brightly. Big Hit Music explained, "It sensually expresses the excitement, tension, and moments of challenge before a new journey."

The music video was directed by Tanou Muino, who has collaborated with several global pop stars such as Post Malone, Doja Cat, and Dua Lipa. The female lead role in the "SWIM" music video was played by Hollywood actress Lili Reinhart. BTS shared the highlight of the music video, saying, "You can see a subtly more mature BTS." They also added, "Since it is a story-driven video, we hope viewers immerse themselves as if watching a movie."

The members also mentioned the unfavorable weather during filming. They said, "Unfortunately, there wasn't a single day with good weather. There are scenes filmed in the rain, but we remember being happy because they turned out beautifully."

On the 21st at 8 PM, BTS will hold a free comeback performance titled "BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG" around Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. After this performance, the members will head to the United States to participate in collaborative events with the music platform Spotify and appear on NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," among other schedules.
