Siho Yano explained, "It's a diet that combines vegetables, protein, whole grains, and seaweed," emphasizing, "Unprocessed food is important." While cooking, she took out "ma" and said, "It's called the eel of the mountains because it's so good for stamina. I have to feed it to Choo Sung-hoon." She then revealed with a laugh, "Choo Sung-hoon takes medicine every morning because of menopause."
Marking their 18th wedding anniversary, Siho Yano made a lunchbox for her husband for the first time in 15 years.
