
KBS 2TV variety show "Men Who Do Housework" Season 2 featured a special meeting between siblings Park Seo-jin and Baek Ji-young in the March 21st broadcast. The episode began with Baek Ji-young appearing as a special guest at Park Seo-jin's concert. According to Nielsen Korea, the broadcast recorded a 6.0% viewership rating, and the heartwarming episode between Baek Ji-young and Park Seo-jin attracted great attention from viewers.
Introducing Baek Ji-young, Park Seo-jin said, "She is a veteran in the music industry. But she is the one who kindly let me call her hyung (older brother)." Baek Ji-young expressed, "I was disappointed to leave 'Men Who Do Housework 2' due to my performance schedule. I think Seo-jin is calling me like this on my behalf." Then, Park Seo-jin advised his younger sister Hyo-jung to take good care of Baek Ji-young, bringing laughter.
The broadcast showed Park Seo-jin preparing for his concert, followed by a mukbang scene with Baek Ji-young and Hyo-jung. Baek Ji-young sincerely comforted Park Seo-jin and Hyo-jung, saying, "I always hope you don't get hurt. People like that are rare." She added, "I make a daily vow not to get hurt. That way, someday I won't get hurt at all."
The broadcast also revealed the first daily life of the new Men Who Do Housework member Hwanhee. Hwanhee is currently experiencing a second heyday with his own genre, "Soul Trot," and is a figure the production team carefully recruited over three years. He confessed, "I was most worried about revealing my private life," and opened up about his awkward relationship with his mother.
In a conversation with his mother, Hwanhee revealed, "I don't think we have eaten together in the last 10 years," surprising everyone.
