Despite being 50 years old, Yano Shiho attracted attention for her amazing self-care. She showcased legging fashion, flaunting a sleek body line. On the show, Yano Shiho revealed that she starts her mornings with advanced yoga poses, including stretching and handstands. She holds a yoga instructor certification and explained that yoga is the secret to maintaining a toned figure. Additionally, she emphasized a positive mindset and a healthy macrobiotic diet, sharing her health management secrets.

Yano Shiho also mentioned that her husband, Choo Sung-hoon, takes medication for menopause. She said with a laugh, "I don't have menopause, but Choo Sung-hoon takes menopause medicine every morning." She also shared an anecdote about making a lunchbox with 'Chicken Nanban,' which she had prepared for Choo Sung-hoon 15 years ago on their wedding anniversary. When Choo Sung-hoon took a bite and immediately recognized it, Yano Shiho was moved to tears.

Park Shin-yang explained the reason for his hiatus from acting. He suffered a severe back injury during the filming of 'Lovers in Paris' and underwent emergency surgery. Due to deteriorating health, he stopped acting after the 2019 KBS drama 'Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho.' On the broadcast, Park Shin-yang surprised viewers by appearing in work clothes at a large warehouse in Andong, Gyeongbuk. Riding an electric scooter around the warehouse, he sparked concerns with the question, "Have you become suddenly broke?"

Even after stopping his acting career, Park Shin-yang could not suppress his desire for expression and began working as a painter. He picked up the brush while missing friends during his study abroad in Russia, and recently became the first actor-turned-painter to hold an exhibition at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. The broadcast also showed him personally cooking for those helping with the exhibition. Park Shin-yang demonstrated fearless knife skills and cooked without measuring ingredients.

He opened up about his longing for his friend Kirill Kero. Kirill Kero, a friend from Park Shin-yang's study abroad days in Russia, sent a heartfelt message through a video letter.
