The idol group Seventeen attracted approximately 840,000 spectators through their world tour. Pledis Entertainment announced the results of Seventeen's world tour on March 23. On March 21, Seventeen successfully completed the final performance of the 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN ASIA' at the Bulacan Sports Stadium in the Philippines. This tour began in September of last year and was held 29 times across 14 cities worldwide.
Seventeen's performances received great enthusiasm from the audience. Every time the members moved on stage, the entire venue buzzed, and a large banner with the phrase "Let's be together with Seventeen for a long time" written in Korean was displayed in the seats. True to the tour's title, Seventeen showcased various charms and talents by performing solo stages from the same album as the title track "THUNDER" from their 5th full album.
The concert included instrument performances by Dokyeom, Seungkwan, and Vernon, as well as an encore stage of Seventeen's representative song "Very NICE." These spectacular performances once again proved Seventeen's reputation as "performance masters." The members expressed their gratitude to fans, saying, "The concert was so enjoyable that we didn't want to go home. Thank you to CARATs who always support us from afar." They also said, "With you all, we gain the energy to keep going for a long time. We will continue to come back with various activities, including solo and unit projects, so please continue to show us lots of love."
S.Coups sparked an explosive cheer from fans by saying, "Next time, all 13 members will come back together, so we hope you will fill the venue just like now." Seventeen now only has the encore concert left. The encore concert will be held from April 4 to 5 at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. This performance will mark the grand finale of the seven-month world tour, and the encore concert tickets sold out on the day of the FC membership pre-sale opening.
Seventeen's world tour took place at large venues such as the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, Hong Kong Kai Tak Stadium, Los Angeles BMO Stadium, the four major domes in Japan, and Singapore National Stadium. They achieved results that reflect their high global popularity. Seventeen plans to continue communicating with fans through various activities in the future.
