RIIZE, the first K-pop boy group to dominate the stage at 'Lollapalooza South America'

The group RIIZE became the first K-pop boy group to perform at the world-renowned music festival 'Lollapalooza South America.' They held concerts in three South American countries and received great acclaim. Building on their enhanced stage skills after their first world tour, RIIZE performed in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.

RIIZE began their first performance on March 14 at the Hipódromo de San Isidro in Buenos Aires, Argentina. On the 15th, they continued their show at Parque O'Higgins in Santiago, Chile, and on the 21st, they held their final performance at the Interlagos Racetrack in São Paulo, Brazil. At each concert, they engaged with the audience through one-hour live performances using handheld microphones.

Notably, RIIZE performed a total of 14 songs, including "Get A Guitar," "Talk Saxy," "Siren," "Impossible," "Boom Boom Bass," "Combo," "Fly Up," and "Fame." For every show, they prepared audience-tailored remarks in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, actively encouraging audience participation and elevating the concert atmosphere.

RIIZE's performances were covered by various media outlets, including Argentina's largest daily newspaper Clarin, digital media Filo.news, radio Urbana Play, Chile's national broadcaster TVN, leading daily La Tercera, radio Los40, Brazil's largest media group Grupo Globo's terrestrial channel TV Globo, cable channel Multishow, and Quem Magazine. These outlets showed great interest, requesting interviews with RIIZE.

Additionally, Huston Powell, the overall director of Lollapalooza, took notice of RIIZE's stage and personally met with the members to talk. Before their Lollapalooza Brazil performance, RIIZE held a side show at TERRA SP, delivering performances of their hit songs. They took song requests on the spot and sang for fans, fostering close communication. The audience responded explosively, singing along to all Korean lyrics and dancing together.

RIIZE is scheduled to appear at Japan's 'The Performance' music festival on April 10-11, the 'LOVESOME FESTIVAL' on April 12, and Thailand's 'K2O Songkran Music Festival' on April 14. They plan to continue their activities as the "festival powerhouse" representing the K-pop scene. This series of performances is expected to further accelerate the global expansion of K-pop.
