RIIZE visited Brazil to perform at Lollapalooza South America as the first K-pop boy group to appear at the festival. They attracted significant attention locally through various promotional activities.
On March 19 (local time), RIIZE appeared on Brazil's representative TV talk show, The Noite. On the program, they engaged in diverse conversations about music, dance, food, language, and each other's cultures with popular comedian MC Danilo Gentili. During the broadcast, a Brazilian-style party was held to celebrate the birthdays of members Eunseok and Anton. Through segments such as covering local hit songs, word-guessing games, recreating short-form content, and demonstrating signature choreography, they connected with the panel and audience, creating a lively atmosphere.
RIIZE also carried out activities at ZIV Gallery in Beco de Batman, a mural village famous for its graffiti in São Paulo. They uniquely decorated the walls by writing phrases related to RIIZE and drawing their characters, capturing attention.
To commemorate their visit to Brazil, Roda Rico, the tallest Ferris wheel in South America, was lit up in RIIZE's signature orange color. The RIIZE logo was prominently displayed at the center of the Ferris wheel, transforming it into a photo spot for local fans.
Additionally, RIIZE members received personalized uniforms marked with their numbers and names from Santos FC, a prestigious Brazilian football team featuring global soccer star Neymar. This further confirmed the strong local interest in RIIZE.
RIIZE's visit to Brazil exemplifies the global influence of K-pop, as they strengthen communication with local fans through various cultural exchanges. Their activities are expected to contribute to opening new horizons for K-pop in the future.
