Actress Kim Sejeong personally announced that she has left Jellyfish Entertainment, the agency she had been with for 12 years.

Through her SNS, Kim Sejeong stated, "I am leaving Jellyfish, which has always been by my side from the beginning when I was a trainee to the person I am now over the course of 12 years."

She explained, "Looking back, many days have passed by," and added, "I learned and built everything with Jellyfish through I.O.I, Gugudan, numerous projects, and solo activities, and all of that made me who I am today." She also shared her feelings, saying, "The word 'leaving' does not come easily, and a part of my heart feels heavy."

Kim Sejeong also expressed, "I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been with me during this time," and added, "Those times are not just a simple past to me but will become the deepest roots that will help me live going forward."

She then declared her aspirations, saying, "Now I stand on a new path. It is a little unfamiliar and a little scary, but I will trust the heart and time I have learned and built so far and take one step at a time."

Finally, she asked her fans, "I would appreciate it if you continue to warmly watch over me in the future, just as you have until now."
