According to the real-time album chart Hanteo Chart operated by Hanteo Global on the 25th, 'ARIRANG' achieved total sales of 4,036,098 copies from its release on the 20th through the 24th.

'ARIRANG' surpassed 1 million copies sold in about 10 minutes after its release and reached 3.98 million copies sold on the day of release alone. This figure greatly exceeds BTS's previous highest first-week sales record of 3.37 million copies for 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7.'

Hanteo Chart evaluated the success of 'ARIRANG' as proof that BTS remains a mega group capable of moving both the global fandom and the domestic album market beyond mere commercial numbers. Additionally, they added that BTS's recent record serves as an example of the current state of the K-pop album market.
