
Actress Ha Ji-won revealed her long-maintained skincare and daily routine through her YouTube channel.
On her YouTube channel "Class of '26, this is Ji-won," Ha Ji-won presented her first day of school preparation process in a video. As a freshman at Kyung Hee University, she introduced her breakfast and skincare secrets before her first day of school. In the video, Ha Ji-won took lemon cubes from the refrigerator and made lemon honey tea by adding lemon peel, lemon juice, and honey given by her mother. She revealed that she has been drinking this lemon honey tea every morning without fail for 15 years. She described herself as "a person obsessed with lemons," showing her affection for lemons.
She also showed herself having two boiled eggs with an olive oil stick for breakfast. After pouring plenty of olive oil on the eggs, she consumed all the remaining oil as well, revealing her unpretentious daily life. Ha Ji-won laughed, saying, "They say you shouldn't leave food behind."
For her skincare routine, she introduced the method of applying a stick-type pack all over her face. Ha Ji-won explained that her skin tends to be dry, so she has maintained the habit of using a pack every morning for over 10 years. She also mentioned that applying the pack right after waking up is part of her routine. The video also showed her making and drinking a cappuccino herself.
Born in 1978, Ha Ji-won debuted in 1996 with the KBS drama "New Generation Report - Adults Don't Know." Since then, she has established herself as an actress by appearing in numerous popular movies and dramas. She is currently active in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama "Climax."
In the video, Ha Ji-won emphasized the importance of consistent self-care, saying, "I haven't missed a single day for 15 years." After the video was released, netizens expressed amazement at her youthful appearance.
