Tomorrow X Together (TXT) has released new concept images ahead of the release of their 8th mini album.
At midnight on the 29th, Tomorrow X Together (TXT) (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) unveiled the 'HUNGER' version concept photos of their 8th mini album '7TH YEAR: When the Wind Stops for a Moment in the Thornbush' on their official SNS. This image is the second concept following the previously released 'THORN' version.
The 'HUNGER' version is themed around the primal hunger after a storm has passed. The photos feature a fantasy-inspired background with cracked ground, an overturned car, and yellow thorns growing through the asphalt. The members appear in casual attire, portraying a natural look as if they have just woken up. Soobin is holding a shopping basket, Yeonjun is leaning against the broken car, Beomgyu is throwing fruit, Taehyun is eating cereal, and Huening Kai is sitting on the overturned car with a dazed expression. Their calm appearances contrast with the dynamic background, creating a unique atmosphere.
Tomorrow X Together (TXT) uses 'thorns' as a metaphor throughout this album to showcase various visuals. The group has emphasized their unique identity through distinctive album titles and storytelling. Their debut song 'CROWN', and the title track of their first full album 'Run Away', have also attracted attention with their distinctive titles.
Additional concept photos for the 'TENSION' version will be released on March 31, and for the 'ANXIETY' version on April 2. The 8th mini album '7TH YEAR: When the Wind Stops for a Moment in the Thornbush' will be released on April 13 at 6 PM. This album is the first group release since all members renewed their contracts with BigHit Music last year.
