BTS, No. 1 in star brand reputation... Park Ji-hoon 2nd · Lim Young Woong 3rd (March 2026)


In the March 2026 star brand reputation survey, BTS ranked first, Park Jihoon second, and Lim Young Woong third.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 275,169,232 pieces of big data related to star brands from February 28 to March 28, 2026. This data was segmented and measured across various categories based on consumer behavior, including participation, media, communication, and community indices. Compared to February, the volume of big data increased by 13.57%.

The brand reputation index quantifies the impact of consumer activities online on brand consumption. The analysis included stars from various fields such as entertainers, singers, trot singers, drama actors, movie actors, boy groups, girl groups, and athletes. The recommendation index was reflected as a weighted factor in the detailed indicators.

Among the top 30 in the March brand reputation ranking were BTS, Park Jihoon, Lim Young Woong, Black Pink, Yoo Haejin, Yoo Jae-suk, IVE, Son Heungmin, Seventeen, and Woods. The top 100 also included Kim Yuna, The Boyz, Seo Janghoon, and Kim Doyoung.

BTS recorded a participation index of 1,663,902, a media index of 2,915,672, a communication index of 8,935,350, and a community index of 13,848,188, totaling a brand reputation index of 27,363,112. This represents a 242.35% increase compared to February. Park Jihoon's brand reputation index was 14,042,781, rising 284.89% from the previous month. Lim Young Woong recorded a participation index of 499,845, a media index of 1,228,460, a communication index of 2,863,229, and a community index of 3,771,991, with a brand reputation index of 8,363,524, up 29.88%. Black Pink and Yoo Haejin ranked fourth and fifth, respectively.

Koo Changhwan, head of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, "BTS has returned as a complete group to ARMY worldwide. Park Jihoon secured second place at the center of the 'King's Son' syndrome. Lim Young Woong is creating new records with the fandom Hero Era. Black Pink shows strong influence on global charts, and Yoo Haejin is nationally loved as a trusted actor with over ten million viewers." He also explained, "The star brand big data in March increased by 13.57% compared to the previous month, showing upward trends in key categories such as brand consumption by 37.18%, brand issues by 2.21%, brand communication by 12.92%, and brand diffusion by 17.94%."
