Kwon Hwa-woon completed 13 marathons within one year of starting running, with nine of them finished in under three hours. He started running at 6 a.m., running 26 km every morning, and showed consistency by running 7,748 km over 22 months. Besides running, he engaged in various activities such as marathon video editing, essay writing, and working part-time as a delivery partner. He also shared stories about completing the Arctic Marathon and recruiting a dedicated filming director as a marathon runner.

Kwon Hwa-woon's passion for running influenced those around him, leading agency staff and managers to start running together, and he showed a challenging side by personally visiting a publishing company to publish his essay. He revealed his belief by saying, "Opportunities come when you move."

Meanwhile, at the end of the broadcast, the appearance of actress Lee El-ya was announced. Lee El-ya was reported to be managing her schedule alone without a manager, driving by herself, preparing a new song, and attending graduate school simultaneously. She also participated in the "Miss Trot 4" competition, finishing in 8th place, and is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Psychological Science Convergence at Korea University.
