Actress Lee Yeon-hee appeared as a special MC on SBS variety show "My Ugly Duckling" and shared anecdotes related to her marriage.

Upon Lee Yeon-hee's appearance on the show, the cast expressed admiration for her beauty. Seo Jang-hoon mentioned that Lee Yeon-hee is already married and introduced her as a mother of a 19-month-old daughter, married for seven years.

Lee Yeon-hee revealed that before marriage, her husband informed his friends about dating her, but they did not believe it. She shared an episode where they only believed it after seeing her in person. Lee Yeon-hee said, "Even after seeing me in person, they seemed to have some doubts."

Additionally, Lee Yeon-hee shared that her husband's friends say he "used up all his luck in life by meeting his wife."

Lee Yeon-hee also mentioned her connection with Kim Hee-chul during their trainee days. She said Kim Hee-chul had unique tastes and many girlfriends even as a trainee. She added that Kim Hee-chul treated her comfortably and took care of her meals when she was quiet and shy at the time.

Lee Yeon-hee debuted in the entertainment industry by winning the grand prize at the 2001 SM Youth Best Selection Contest, married a man two years older than her in 2020, and gave birth to her first daughter two years ago.
