Son Dam-bi appeared on TV Chosun's "Gourmet Heo Young-man's Baekban Journey" and revealed her daily life with her 11-month-old daughter, Hae-i.

On the show, Son Dam-bi visited alleys in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and long-established restaurants in Euljiro, showing her side as a "mom." She is in her fourth year of marriage and is raising her daughter Hae-i, who was conceived through in vitro fertilization. She shared that she consistently engages in various exercises such as kettlebell training, tennis, and Pilates to maintain the stamina needed for childcare.

Son Dam-bi shared photos of her daughter, receiving comments that Hae-i resembles her husband, Lee Kyu-hyuk, a lot. Heo Young-man saw the photos and said, "She looks just like her dad!" and added, "Blood ties cannot be deceived. At first, people said she only looked like her dad, but gradually, you can also see her mom's younger face." Son Dam-bi talked about her daughter's growth, saying, "These days, she understands everything we say. When I ask, 'Where is your head?' she points to it."

Regarding Hae-i's personality, Son Dam-bi explained, "She doesn't seem to have a typical girl's personality. Both my husband and I are free-spirited, not risk-averse, and spontaneous, and Hae-i seems to have that temperament too." Hearing this, Heo Young-man added, "She's destined to be an athlete."

Son Dam-bi married former national speed skater Lee Kyu-hyuk in 2022, and they have a daughter, Hae-i. The broadcast also introduced how Son Dam-bi and Lee Kyu-hyuk met and got married.
