
Singer Lee Chan-won successfully concluded the Daejeon performance of the nationwide concert tour "Changa: A Brilliant Day."
Lee Chan-won met with fans at the DCC Daejeon Convention Center Exhibition Hall 2 in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, at 5 PM on the 28th and 3 PM on the 29th. This stage was a new nationwide tour following the 2024 concert "Changa," featuring a diverse performance lasting about 200 minutes, including songs from the second full-length album "Challan (燦爛)."
The concert began with "Today Somehow" and "Going to Meet You," and Lee Chan-won performed various Korean songs such as Nam Jin's "Sangsa Flower" and Na Hoon-a's "I'm Leaving, Right?" Then, Lee Chan-won continued the repertoire with Cho Yong-pil's "That Winter's Teahouse" and Lim Joo-ri's "Applying Lipstick Thickly," engaging with the audience. Short performances of "Why Are You Crying," "Myeongja," "18-year-old Sooni," "Give Me Back My Youth," and "Ball" also drew enthusiastic responses from the audience.
Lee Chan-won sang new songs including "Shining Star," "October Poem," "Mother's Spring Day," and "Flower-like Day," and decorated the stage with various songs such as "Chilgapsan," "Tess Hyung!," "I Must Not Forget," and "Paper Crane." Songs reflecting local colors, such as Daejeon Blues and Daejeon Medley, were also included. In the latter part of the concert, various events took place, including band member introductions, an "Adult Sensibility Retro Medley," a stage combined with daegeum performance, and photo sessions with the audience.
The main stage ended with "Rock and Roll Life," followed by encore performances responding to requests, featuring the top 5 songs people want to hear on New Year's Day, medleys of Daejeon, Daegu, and Incheon, and popular year-end party songs. The final song performed was "Sijeolinyeon."
Lee Chan-won shared during the concert, "I thank everyone who came to the venue. As the cold recedes and spring arrives, I will sing as if flowers are blooming."
This tour now only has the encore performances scheduled for May 9-10 in Seoul remaining.
