The group TWS has announced a comeback with their 5th mini album 'NO TRAGEDY' on April 27.
On the 30th, TWS released a teaser video for the new album on HYBE LABELS' YouTube channel and Weverse. This teaser was first revealed at their second fan meeting, '42: Club in Seoul,' held on the 29th at Ticketlink Live Arena in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, drawing enthusiastic responses from fans. The video features the members gathered under neon signs in a dark space, with scenes of them turning around, accompanied by the comeback schedule and album title appearing on the screen.
Their agency, PLEDIS Entertainment, stated about this album, "Please look forward to the changed appearance of TWS as they grow beyond their fresh boyhood days." 'NO TRAGEDY' tells the story of not conforming to a predetermined fate and completing love on their own terms.
TWS topped the 2024 Melon Yearly Chart with their debut song "First Meeting Didn't Go as Planned" and gained widespread popularity with tracks like "If I'm S, You Be My N," "Isn't It Cool to Follow Your Heart?" and "Overdrive." Especially with "Overdrive," they sparked the "Angtal Challenge" craze. They have also stood out on the global stage, ranking 2nd in the 'Oricon Yearly Ranking 2025' rookie category and winning 'New Artist of the Year (Asia)' at the 40th Japan Gold Disc Awards. They were also named among the 'Future 25' by Rolling Stone in the U.S. as a K-pop artist.
TWS's 5th mini album 'NO TRAGEDY' is scheduled to be released at 6 PM on April 27.
