BTS member V revealed his focus on learning English.

On March 30, V posted a photo and video on his social media account with the message in English, "I'm locking in for real this time no excuses." In the video, V was seen listening to an English conversation online lecture from early morning and imitating native pronunciation. He created simple sentences himself and shared his confident voice speaking in English.

Fans showed various reactions to V's English study news. Messages of support included, "A superstar passionate about studying," "V works hard like that too," "His voice speaking English is handsome," "Cheering for Taehyung," and "Studying hard from the morning." Additionally, V's appearance drew more attention as it followed a recent remark by designer Lee Jung-woo, the mother-in-law of actress Jun Ji-hyun, who said, "A leader who speaks English and kids who still can't speak English after 10 years," which became a hot topic. Lee Jung-woo clarified the comment by saying, "It was a very cheerful and lighthearted story among the members on Weverse Live, so I laughed a lot and posted it on my story because it was fun."

Meanwhile, BTS showcased the new songs from their fifth full album, Arirang, for the first time through 'BTS Comeback Live: Arirang' at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on the 21st. The album ranked number one on the US Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' (April 4 issue), and also topped the Japanese Oricon weekly chart and the UK Official Albums Top 100. The title track "SWIM" held the number one spot on Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' for nine consecutive days. Starting April 9, the 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'' will be held at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Gyeonggi Province.
