Singer Lee Chan-won successfully completed the Daejeon performance of the nationwide tour concert "Changa: A Brilliant Day."

Lee Chan-won met with fans on the 28th and 29th at the DCC Daejeon Convention Center Exhibition Hall 2 in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. This stage was part of the nationwide tour newly started after the 2024 concert "Changa," presenting various performances for about 202 minutes. The setlist included songs from the second full-length album "Brilliant (燦爛)" released last October, broadening the scope of the concert.

The performance began with the title track of "Brilliant," "Somehow Today," and "Going to Meet You." Lee Chan-won passionately sang various songs such as Nam Jin's "Sangsa Flower" and Na Hoon-a's "I'm Leaving, Right?" while interacting with the audience. Then, several songs including "Why Are You Crying," "Myeongja," "18-year-old Suni," "Give Me Back My Youth," and "Ball" were briefly performed, eliciting enthusiastic responses from the audience. Songs like Cho Yong-pil's "The Winter's Teahouse" and Lim Ju-ri's "Put on Lipstick Thickly" were also interpreted in Lee Chan-won's unique style.

Lee Chan-won provided a special experience for Daejeon fans through new album tracks such as "You and I Fallen Like Leaves," "First Love," and "Daejeon Blues." Cho Yong-pil's "Forgotten Love" and Jeon Young-rok's "Paper Crane" were also performed. Adding emotion with Lee Chan-won's own song "October Poem" and the new song "Shining Star," the concert resonated with middle-aged and older audiences through songs like "Mother's Spring Day" and "Flower-like Days." In the latter part of the concert, songs such as "Chilgapsan," "I Must Not Forget," and "Tess Hyung!" followed, creating a lively atmosphere with the "Mature Sensibility Retro Medley." The band members were introduced, and thanks were expressed.

Various genre stages continued with "Eome" accompanied by daegeum performance, and "Three Rang" and "Jinttobaegi" performed with the dance team. Lee Chan-won took photos with the audience, leaving memories, and concluded the main performance with "Rock and Roll Life."

The encore stage featured a medley composed of the top 5 songs people want to hear on New Year's Day, regional medleys from Daejeon, Daegu, and Incheon, a popular year-end party medley, and an encore medley with various songs. The Daejeon performance ended with the final song "Sijeol Inyeon (時節因緣)."

During the concert, Lee Chan-won said, "Thank you to everyone who came to the venue. As the cold recedes and spring arrives, I will sing as if flowers are blooming."

Lee Chan-won's nationwide tour concert "Changa: A Brilliant Day" has encore performances scheduled in Seoul on May 9 and 10.
