"Secret Audit" depicts an office romance between Joo In-ah, the audit chief with secrets, and Noh Ki-joon, the ace auditor demoted to the department responsible for investigating workplace misconduct. The main storyline revolves around the audit team's investigation of internal misconduct and the reversal of the protagonists' relationship.

The project is directed by Lee Soo-hyun, with writer Yeo Eun-ho and creator Yang Hee-seung participating. Actors Shin Hye-sun, Gong Myung, Kim Jae-wook, and Hong Hwa-yeon appear, enhancing the drama's completeness.
